How to make broccoli Salad and its healthful benefits to our body


In making a broccoli salad not all the time u need to boil it to make it cook you can steam that for few min. then add ham some sauces and you can place it in a pan put some oil,butter,ham or any easy to cook or finish products then the broccoli steam for few min try sandwich spread (sauce), and ouster sauce, pepper for flavor and serve just cook it for few min only. The healthful benefits of broccoli is that it produces Vitamin D especially for Vitamin D deficiency. If you cook it by steaming you can get special cholesterol-lowering benefit to your body, unlike if raw cooking still it lower cholesterol but lesser compared to steaming. It gives positive impact in our body with detoxification system and ideal food for diet.
