How to make Camoteque(Sweet Potato)

Sweet Potato have many recipes to make, one of this is Camoteque. First thing to do is prepare the brown sugar, oil and sweet potato cut into any form. Next thing to do is get some pan and heat then add some oil make sure many oil so that it fry easily and when its heat add the sugar on the oil and let the sugar dissolved then put the sweet potato on the oil with the sugar and let it cook.. until brownish and to make sure its cook inside not just outside.Then get from the pan and serve.Many different colors of sweet potato just choose what u like. then
