Chocolate Polvoron

Chocolate for Frosting:
Hersheys chocolate powder
Evaporated milk
Sugar
Vanilla
Butter
chocolate bar(optional)

Polvoron:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup powder milk
1 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips


Procedure:
Mixed all the ingredients of polvoron in a pan..when its cook, form into polvoron molder and set aside...Next, the chocolate frosting, mixed all the ingredients in hot pan until all milted and make it little warm. Get the molded polvoron to chocolate syrup and after getting off from the mixture make it freeze so that it turn to thicker.
