How is Pasta Made

Talking about pasta...well, i give u some claw regarding how to make home made pasta. I have something to share to u on how to make it...first u need egg yolks, then all-purpose flour,baking soda, salt, little pepper (optional). Next thing is mixed it...and drop little water...make sure it is like a bread style just used your hands then if it form circle...like pizza. Then prepare the table drop it with a flour then put the dough to the flour and put the rolling pin(same to pizza used) then roll it till thin and flat. The get your shapes or make your pasta in different forms...if u like strip u can, square, rectangle..and many others. U can make it either soap noodles or for spaghetti...many others. I hope this gives u some ideas on how simple the procedure even u don"t have machine like this...just try it...!
