for those in middle east countries i think shawarma is known, this video is one of style of making shawarma delicacy....and shawarma is some kind of wrapper where any meats, veggies or sauces depends on its varieties ...well, i have something to suggest regarding the making of wrapper....hahaha, hmmmmmm...its just simple, whats available in your kitchen. To make it you can used the wrapper like the beaten eggs, then put some flour, little salt, pepper, seasonings to make tasty your wrapper..then grilled or if u have some pan flat or any pan available at home..then put not to much..just little then scattered and formed like wrapper. Its so simple, then for your toppings if u have meat like beef stake, ham, then crunchy veggies like cabbage, carrots..(well its good for kids too), or whatever you like to put as toppings for your own choice. Then for sauce its nice if you put little ketchup for coloring and sandwich spread or mayonnaise..mixed it and for hot sauce lover try to use whatever available in your home...then pour little amount mixture and roll the shawarma wrapper with the toppings and sauce inside..so thats it..!
